Credits grant access to OpenAI's Sora API via our infrastructure. We reserve the right to moderate prompts, throttle usage, or revoke access for policy violations or abusive behavior.
Failed renders are automatically credited back. Completed renders are non-refundable, even if the creative output does not meet expectations.
You must comply with OpenAI's usage policies, including restrictions on violence, sexual content, impersonation, or disallowed commercial usage. We may suspend your account if we detect violations.
